Migrate from Jira

Import your Jira issues into Fossys Boards with in-app drag-and-drop. Issue details, priorities, and statuses carry over. No manual re-entry.

Export your Jira issues as XML

In Jira, open the Issue Navigator and filter for the issues you want to export. Click Export > XML to download an XML file containing your issues.

Open the importer in Fossys Boards

In Fossys Boards, click Settings > Import from... > Jira. This opens the drag-and-drop import screen.

Drop the file

Drag your exported XML file into the upload area, or click to browse. The importer parses the file and creates your board automatically. Your board appears in the sidebar, ready to use.
